FAQS

ACD does not require a minimum or maximum number of participants; however, fewer participants might lead to higher costs per person, as shared expenses like transportation or guided tours would be divided among fewer people. Larger groups may affect the type of housing that can accommodate your group, the number of chaperones or guides needed, and the amount of time required for activities.

The cost of our services varies depending on the level of ACD’s involvement. Our services include – but not limited to – booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and excursions.

The timeline can be flexible; however, new trips generally require at least 12-15 months of planning.

Using ACD to coordinate faculty-led trips offers several benefits that can enhance the experience for both the faculty and students involved. Here are some key advantages:

1. Expertise in Travel Planning

ACD specializes in faculty-led trips and managing the logistics of group travel. This includes booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and excursions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

2. Tailored Itineraries

ACD can customize trips to align with the academic goals of the program. We understand the unique needs of educational travel and can design itineraries that balance educational activities with cultural experiences.

3. Administrative Support

Faculty members are often busy with teaching and research, so we can handle the administrative aspects of the trip—such as booking, payments, visa arrangements, and communication with participants—freeing up faculty time to focus on the academic content.

4. Increased Participation

When a professional company is involved, the trip often appears more organized and reliable, which can boost student confidence in the program and increase participation.

5. Cultural and Local Expertise

ACD has local guides and partners who can provide in-depth cultural knowledge and access to unique experiences that faculty might not be able to arrange on their own.

Depending upon the disability, we can try our best to accommodate students with special needs.
